I will be a more forgiving person and learn to let go of anger and resentments. I will also be forgiving towards myself, and release any guilt or shame I may be holding on to, so that greater joy and compassion can enter my life. 2. I will practice "gratitude" every day and appreciate even the smallest blessings that are in my life. 3. I will learn to stay more fully in the "moment", not dwelling on the past or worrying too much about the future. 4. I will learn to trust more in "divine timing" rather than trying to control too many aspects of my life. 5. I will make an effort to see any mistakes I make as opportunities for learning and spiritual growth, than judging them as personal failures. 6. I will foster compassion toward others, as well as myself.
